Product Manager

As Product Manager , you will play a key role in building our product vision and delivering products that enable fintechs, payments companies, and banks to build best-in-class payment infrastructures. What your impact will be: Product Vision and Strategy : Define and champion the product vision and strategy for our retail banking solutions, with a focus on payments. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Mambu and Numeral’s mission and business objectives. Customer-Centric Approach : Conduct thorough market research and engage with clients to deeply understand their needs and challenges related to payments and retail banking products. Embrace a customer-obsessed mindset to deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Product Development Leadership : Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch, collaborating seamlessly with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning. Regulatory Compliance: Stay at the forefront of payment and retail banking regulations, ensuring our products are compliant and provide a seamless user experience. Client Success: Partner with sales and client success teams to support the successful adoption and use of our payment products, ensuring clients achieve their goals. Thought Leadership: Be a vocal advocate for innovation in the payments industry, representing Mambu and Numeral  at industry events and contributing to thought leadership content.
