Staff Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Staff Data Analyst to join our Analytics team and lead the way in using advanced analytics, SQL expertise, and AI-driven tools to drive impact across the business. You’ll generate insights that power customer acquisition, retention, sales & marketing, and product, while shaping strategic decisions at the highest level. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, using analytics & technical tools, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to guide business strategy through data-driven insights, act as a trusted advisor, shaping prioritization, experimentation, and customer experience improvements, and present analyses and recommendations to executives in a clear, persuasive manner. Proficiency in SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and Python is a must. Familiarity with predictive analytics, advanced statistical techniques, or machine learning is a plus.
