Security Architect SME

Responsibilities:

• Develop and align system security architectures with organizational cybersecurity guidelines, defining security boundaries and documenting system categorization.
• Assess security postures, review architectures, identify protection needs, and determine impacts of new systems on enterprise security.
• Support acquisition efforts by providing input on security requirements for statements of work, project costs, and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience designing security architectures referencing NIST controls, agency policy, and government-wide security requirements.
• 2+ years of experience designing Zero Trust Architectures for cloud and on-premise systems.
• Experience designing security architectures in Microsoft Azure and assessing/reviewing architectures with detailed reports.
