Key tasks include acting as an internal advisor on IT strategy, procurement options, and solution fit. Conduct market and vendor research to identify tools and trends that could benefit the business. Contribute to major transformation projects, taking ownership of strategic workstreams. Evaluate build vs. buy scenarios by comparing internal capabilities with external market solutions. Structure stakeholder workshops to create transparency, alignment, and smart decisions.
