Sr. Enterprise Relationship Manager

The Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with our strategic and major enterprise clients. This role is essential in ensuring our solutions align with clients’ business objectives, drive measurable value, and support long-term success. The ideal candidate brings healthcare reimbursement expertise, ideally with experience managing payer relationships with organizations such as UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Optum, or Zelis. You’ll serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring adoption, and delivering a consistently excellent experience across the client lifecycle. Your responsibilities include strategic relationship management, account performance management, driving growth and retention, and cross-functional coordination.
