Job Description
The Attorney, Banking and Capital Markets role at Chainlink Labs requires you to:
- Act as a strategic legal partner to various teams, enabling Chainlink Labs to deliver technology services.
- Negotiate complex agreements with institutional players and Fortune 100 companies.
- Shape the legal strategy as Chainlink expands its presence in the financial system.
The responsibilities of the Attorney, Banking and Capital Markets role are to:
- Negotiate technology and infrastructure integration and data licensing deals.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies while protecting Chainlink Labs' IP assets.
- Understand regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to technology service providers.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience with a top-tier law firm.
- At least 3 years of in-house experience at a technology company.
- Strong track record of leading complex commercial and corporate transactions.
