Job Description

Support the growth of our messaging, voice and email business with Independent Software Vendor (ISV) in North America. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the success of Twilio’s business in the ISV segment in North America - driving new business processes for prospective customers.

Cultivate the growth messaging, voice and email use cases by our strategic ISV customers on the Twilio platform. Own highly analytical and consultative sales cycles to expand businesses into new use cases, and win new ISV customers to the Twilio platform. Partner cross functionally with services, product, and finance to develop long range plans.

Be an active expert in the communications space - staying abreast of key industry initiatives and new capabilities. The role will be remote and based in the USA. Approximately 25% travel is anticipated.
