About the Role:
- Drive algorithmic strategies for promotional writing and title discovery using machine learning.
- Collaborate with creative writing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to scale promotional content.
- Define roadmaps for ML solutions and lead execution from research to production.
What We're Looking For:
- Expertise in ML and Deep Learning, especially in NLP and text generation.
- PhD or MSc in ML or Computer Science with proven experience in experiments and model training.
- Strong programming in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range $466,000 to $750,000, with stock options available.
