Job Description
Drive overall SEO strategy in partnership with the Head of SEO to help grow organic traffic to Movoto.com and its millions of indexed pages. Build and influence the product and engineering roadmap that supports SEO growth efforts, and work closely with those teams to address growth initiatives and any critical issues that arise. Develop and design SEO tests in partnership with product and engineering, and communicate regular updates to stakeholders on results. Regularly audit dozens of landing page types, ensuring SEO best practices are followed while constantly identifying new opportunities to improve rankings. Optimize crawl budget, site architecture, schema/structured data, internal linking, and sitemap strategy. Monitor key SEO metrics daily, debug issues, and alert stakeholders when problems have material impact. Own and manage relationships with all SEO vendors and partners to ensure alignment, accountability, and scalable execution. Regularly report on SEO performance metrics (rankings, organic sessions, CTR, etc.) and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
