Job Description
This role requires utilizing biological and water resource technical and critical thinking skills when conducting desktop reviews for environmental clearance work. The Biologist will perform desktop-based environmental constraints analysis to determine appropriate levels/types of environmental avoidance and minimization measures needed for environmental compliance. They will also complete work assignments in accordance with ERM's management system, format and quality standards. Commitment to teamwork and ability to follow established processes and protocols is essential, as is the confidence to identify process improvements to benefit the client. The Biologist may also be tasked with conducting desktop constraints analysis using ArcGIS Online.
