New Data Scientist - UK Remote

About the Role:

• As a Senior Data Scientist, you will own end-to-end problems combining applied statistics, experimentation, and machine learning.
• You will work on ambiguous questions, define approaches, and deliver insights that influence Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• This is a senior individual contributor role where you set technical direction and act as a force multiplier for analytics quality.

What We Are Looking For:

• You are a rigorous thinker who treats data as evidence and communicates uncertainty clearly.
• You have strong SQL and Python skills, and choose the right statistical or ML tool for the problem.
• You can design experiments, reason about causality, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop statistical methods and reusable analyses for measuring performance, including detection accuracy and intervention impact.
• Build predictive models such as forecasts, propensity, and uplift models.
• Help define best practices around data quality, experimentation, and reproducibility.
