Machine Learning Scientist

As an ML scientist at E11 Bio, you will develop innovative and scalable methods to realize the potential of optical barcode connectomics. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a moonshot non-profit neuroscience project. It is also an opportunity to help pioneer our FRO model. This role is ideal if you value exciting and important work in an environment with high camaraderie, trust, and autonomy beyond what can be found in more traditional scientific institutions. You will develop machine learning models to automate the processing of large microscopy volumes. You will deploy developed models in large cluster or cloud environments to apply them to imaging volumes of hundreds of TBs and PBs in size.
