Build onboarding curricula, certifications, solution playbooks, demo environments, and success plans. Set certification QA with CS and Support to maintain high partner standards. Create agency assisted onboarding playbooks for IT Ops, SecOps, and DevOps ICPs.

Pilot rev share and discount structures aligned to self serve unit economics. Template legal and T&Cs early to avoid scaling delays. Recommend pricing for fixed scope handheld packages where appropriate.

Stand up partner operations integrated with CRM and PRM to track partner touch events and influenced revenue. Ship first party reporting by Day 120 in partnership with RevOps, Data, and Finance. Maintain clean deal registration, directory standards, and a single front door with Partnerships.
