Job Description
Manage and develop the Mass Data business area with respect to all sales activity across the region. Work with your team to support the sales efforts of the local Topcon sales teams as well as those of our nominated Mass Data distributors. Develop a strategy and approach to improve the Mass Data knowledge of all sales personnel from Topcon and our Distributors. Support the sales personnel with technical and commercial expertise in negotiation and demonstration scenarios across the region and with the support of your team. Collaborate with all key internal stakeholders to maximize market share and to fulfil customers’ needs. Identify strategic partnerships with other organisations or institutions to leverage their existing networks. Propose ideas to senior management for possible collaboration including software partners and other channels.
