Job Description
Lead and manage NetSuite development projects, ensuring best practices in configuration, scripting, and integrations. Develop, customize, and enhance NetSuite Financials, Procurement, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules based on business requirements. Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), middleware tools, and custom solutions. Optimize business processes by leveraging SuiteFlow (Workflows) and SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) for automation and efficiency. Ensure compliance and security by implementing proper role-based access control, SOX compliance measures, and audit-ready configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and enforce coding standards for NetSuite development, ensuring maintainability and scalability. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the NetSuite development team. Stay up to date with NetSuite releases, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
