Job Description
Take full ownership of the visual and interaction design across GitBook’s product. Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Marketing: from idea to execution. Contribute directly to the implementation of UI in our codebase (React, TypeScript, CSS). Evolve and maintain GitBook’s Design System - ensuring visual consistency and a cohesive user experience. Translate insights and feedback into delightful, user-centered design decisions. Craft high-quality prototypes to explore and validate ideas. Partner with engineers to build polished, production-quality components and features.
