Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Exchange backend incidents and analyze system outages.
  • Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management workflows.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and update knowledge databases.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Microsoft Exchange operation.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange 2019-SE, Exchange Online, Teams, and PowerShell.
  • ITIL-based operational skills and proactive mindset.
