Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the relationship with Cresta’s Partners and work with the internal Partner Team to enable and showcase Cresta's capabilities.
  • Design and execute onboarding and enablement programs that equip partners with expertise to position, sell, and deliver Cresta solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and partner sales teams to support partner-sourced opportunities and drive joint go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles such as Partner Success, Customer Success, or Solution Consulting.
  • 5+ years working in the Contact Center space and with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work cross-functionally.
