The Graduate Success Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of both recent graduates and current students. This role oversees graduates’ initial weeks of employment in the allied health care field, actively supporting them to overcome obstacles and achieve career success. The Graduate Success Coordinator reports to the Career Services Manager and Senior Career Services Manager. This role involves graduate support and coaching during their initial weeks of employment. System development and maintenance to support employment opportunities. Placement verification and student identification. Collaboration with the Graduate Success Processors and the Placement Verification Team. Alumni connection and obstacle resolution.
