Senior Software Engineering Manager

GoodLeap is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team of backend and frontend engineers driving innovation in climate-impacting home improvement finance. You will be accountable for building reliable, scalable software systems that support our mission, with an emphasis on payments infrastructure and seamless customer experiences. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on leadership, and the ability to develop and nurture engineering talent. Domain experience in payments platforms, especially Stripe, ACH, and card network integration, is highly desirable.
