Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Pipeline Generation Programs: Own the performance of pipeline generation partners across regions, campaigns, and sales segments; set clear expectations for qualified meetings, opportunity creation, and pipeline generation.
  • Drive Inbound and Outbound Pipeline Generation: Convert inbound demand into qualified pipeline through personalized follow-up; build outbound programs targeting priority accounts, personas, and buying groups.
  • Modernize Execution with AI and Automation: Test AI workflows, automation platforms, and enrichment tools to improve partner productivity and lead conversion.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Within first 90 days: Establish clear operating cadence, performance scorecard, and visibility into pipeline performance; launch initial AI-enabled experiments.
  • Within 6–12 months: Improved pipeline generation across all programs; developed scalable, data-driven programs with AI-assisted workflows; built feedback loop between Sales, Marketing, and partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or related revenue growth functions.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation across inbound, outbound, ABM, and sales handoff.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and GTM systems; analytical skills with funnel metrics and conversion data.
