Senior Data Engineer

Own and evolve our approach to data reliability with automated testing, versioned data models, and end-to-end lineage tracking. Lead the implementation of robust data governance policies to ensure consistency, quality, and integrity across our CDP and CEP platforms (e.g., Segment, Braze). Drive automation of data validation and quality checks, including schema validation and integrity monitoring. Define and track key data quality metrics, and proactively identify areas for improvement in data health and structure. Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), including ownership of consent tracking and data anonymization workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize data definitions, naming conventions, and ownership practices. Build and maintain automated processes for data cleanup and transformation, ensuring downstream data is analytics-ready. Support the analytics and product teams by structuring and optimizing data for reliable reporting and experimentation.
