Job Description

Provide strategic HR Leadership across EMEA: Partner with C-level and functional leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Develop and implement regional workforce plans and talent management programs. Lead local HR teams across multiple countries, ensuring consistency and adherence to global standards.

Drive Multi-Country Talent Management: Drive performance management, career progression, and leadership development initiatives. Promote employee engagement, inclusion, and strategies adapted to diverse cultural contexts. Support organizational design, change initiatives, and business transformation across the region.

Oversee HR Programs Implementation: Oversee implementation of HR programs, including compensation, benefits, performance management, and DE&I initiatives. Monitor regional HR effectiveness through metrics and analytics to inform continuous improvement. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to translate corporate goals into HR initiatives.
