Job Description
Providing practical, business-minded legal support across our operations, the Associate Counsel position will help drive Big Health’s growth by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting regulatory and data privacy compliance, and partnering with teams to enable safe, compliant innovation. This person operates with moderate independence on defined workstreams while seeking feedback on broader project plans or concepts, ensuring legal guidance keeps pace with a fast-moving digital health environment and balances risk management with strategic execution. Commercial, clinical contracts including licensing, collaboration, research, and vendor agreements will be drafted, reviewed and negotiated.
