Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building relationships both internally and externally. You will create, test, and scale playbooks that help us align partner goals with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula. Your role will be crucial in expanding our footprint with key national accounts, ensuring we succeed in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.

The role requires 7+ years of related healthcare sales experience and 5+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development. It also requires 3+ years working with enterprise clients and experience selling into HR, health plans, broker/consulting firms, and or other adjacent industries, including selling to executive decision makers.
