Chief Information Security Officer (w/m/d) - 100% Remote

As CISO, you will assume full responsibility for our information security strategy. You will work directly with the management, tech, and compliance teams together, in order to build a secure, scalable, and regulatory compliant surroundings. You will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). Part of the job is the development and implementation of a holistic cybersecurity strategy, which also includes implementing risk assessments and threat analyzes. You will be responsible for data protection, IT governance and compliance topics (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2, BAIT). You will oversee audits, penetration tests and security certifications. The role includes close cooperation with Tech, Product and Legal teams. Responsibility for the development of an internal security team (in-house or with external partners) and crisis management in the event of security incidents and incident response is key.
