Job Description
Act as the crucial link between our central L&D function and our global training sites. Champion consistency in our learning strategy worldwide, while deeply understanding and supporting the unique nuances and cultural contexts of each global location. Ensure training is not just effective, but universally relevant and consistently high quality.
When not forging strong international partnerships, drive the adoption of best practices, proactively identify learning needs specific to global sites, and ensure a safe and effective global training environment. The role involves working with the Design Lead, maintaining a well-managed L&D risk environment, ensuring accreditations, understanding new products, maintaining relationships with global training leadership, and driving insights from learning and performance data.
