Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist

What you'll do:

• Manage a high-volume loan portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for servicing communication from funding through payoff.
• Partner with title companies and borrowers to track active closings and issue accurate payoff statements.
• Monitor loans approaching due dates weekly and escalate delinquency risks with resolution strategies.
