Meeting Operations Management:

  • Maintain follow-up systems to ensure zero missed commitments.

Client Communication & Alignment:

  • Draft recap emails, status updates, and strategic briefs.
  • Manage client correspondence with a consistent, professional tone.
  • Keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

Systems & Process Optimization:

  • Maintain clean and organized shared drives and enforce naming conventions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation.
  • Continuously refine workflows for speed and consistency.
