About the Role:
- Serve as a core safety partner embedded across product and research teams.
- Provide Trust & Safety engineering support for all launches from early design through post-launch monitoring.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain safety infrastructure ensuring positive impact at scale.
- Design and improve red teaming systems to surface safety issues before production.
- Translate ambiguous T&S challenges into concrete technical solutions.
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with Python or TypeScript.
- Ownership-oriented mindset with end-to-end system responsibility.
- Comfort across the stack from model evaluation to infrastructure debugging.
