Job Description
Professionally and empathetically communicate with users on the client's social networks within a predetermined scope (2.5 hours per day on weekdays + 1 hour per day on weekends). Maintain the community safe, friendly and free of spam, check user comments, and maintain a consistent brand tone. You will also actively promote engagement while preparing reports and suggestions for improvement .You will collaborate with the client as well as the internal team. An Important position in the team that others can rely on.
