Job Description

Responsible for leading and managing our SEM initiatives, driving paid traffic growth and enhancing the overall digital presence of Spark. This role involves developing and implementing effective SEM strategies, managing Google, Bing and Apple accounts, and working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure the successful execution of SEM plans. In this role you will oversee day-to-day management of paid search campaigns while monitoring pacing, budgets, and KPIs. You will also be contributing to test-and-learn roadmaps, including ad copy tests, keyword expansions, and feature adoption, as well as tracking and analyzing key SEM metrics. You will collaborate with performance marketing, engineering, product, content creation, and web development teams to ensure cohesive execution of SEM strategies across all digital platforms. Keep abreast of the latest SEM trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
