Job Description

As the VP of Sales, you will be a critical member of the leadership team, responsible for optimizing and scaling our sales organization. You will define the sales strategy, process, and culture to drive significant revenue growth in the eye care market. This is a hands-on role for a leader who is excited to both build a high-performing team and engage directly with customers to close key deals in a fast-paced startup environment while working closely with the CEO. You will also develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

You will recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals and implement a scalable sales process from lead generation to closing. Key responsibilities include establishing and managing key sales metrics, driving strategic deals with key accounts, and collaborating with marketing to align on lead generation strategies.
