Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Google Dialogflow Bot Developer with strong Python programming expertise to design, develop, and optimize conversational AI solutions and self-service IVR components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dialogflow ES/CX, Google CCAI, Google generative playbook and integration with backend systems using Python. The role involves building scalable and intelligent virtual agents for voice and chat channels, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and leveraging AI/ML capabilities for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include leading the design and development of conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow ES/CX and Google generative playbooks, building and maintaining dialog flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment services, developing Python-based middleware, backend services, and APIs to integrate bots with enterprise systems, optimize bot performance, collaborating with UX and business teams, implementing logging, monitoring, and analytics, and providing technical leadership and code reviews.
