Customer Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead strategic initiatives that engage and retain our valued customers. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to design and execute impactful campaigns, events, and communications that strengthen customer relationships. From crafting targeted messaging to shaping a seamless customer journey, you’ll play a key role in showing our customers just how much they matter. You'll analyze customer data, develop personalized marketing campaigns, encourage customer advocacy, collaborate on cross-selling, ensure consistent communication, manage loyalty programs, gather customer feedback, track campaign effectiveness, and align strategies with the marketing team. Someone with 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, or related roles is preferred, with a solid understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and the customer lifecycle is ideal for this position.
