Junior Business Analyst (IAM)

Miratech is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Access and Identity Management (AIM) team within Global Information Security. The AIM team is a critical part of the company's infrastructure, responsible for controlling and maintaining secure access across the entire technology estate. The team ensures that all users have appropriate and compliant access to systems and resources. This position offers exposure to enterprise-level tools and involves close engagement with business users, control functions, and technology teams to enhance governance and operational transparency. Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to define project requirements, developing interactive dashboards and analytical reports, analyzing program data, and automating reporting processes using Excel Macros, Python, and AI. Additional tasks involve testing the permission management system, communicating system changes, providing end-user training, and supporting troubleshooting for system or access-related problems.
