Senior GRC Engineer

The Opportunity:

• Support and scale the Assurance & Compliance function through an engineering-driven, automation-first approach.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, and other teams to support compliance programs and audit readiness.
• Help transform compliance into a continuous, measurable capability embedded into operations.

The Skillset:

• 5+ years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity, IT audit, or related field.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, CJIS, and similar compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS, automation tools, and process improvement.

What Success Looks Like:

• Audit evidence is collected accurately and efficiently, and compliance documentation remains current.
• Customer trust activities are completed consistently, and stakeholders view compliance as a valuable partner.
• Compliance processes become more efficient through automation and proactive scalability.
