Job Description

Remotely or onsite, you will support, troubleshoot, administer, and deploy workstations, servers, storage, email, cloud, and network-related equipment and software. Advising clients using industry best-practices, you'll recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain client security standards and confidentiality of information. Clear documentation of support issues, resolution steps, and newly deployed equipment within RSM’s ticketing system is essential, as is effective communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person. Adaptability to changing processes and technology is key.
