Job Description

You will build indicators to measure customer experience and analyze their performance to identify opportunities and solve problems. You will be responsible for the process of calculating RC results and incentives through the definition of goals, construction and maintenance of dashboards and preparation of indicator cards. The company expects you to have knowledge in Looker Studio, SQL, be organized and have good priority management, good oral and written communication, a strong analytical capacity for data interpretation, and like to understand the reason for things. Previous experience in BI or operations and experience with agile methodology increases your chances.
