About the Role:
- Create high-volume, performance-driven short-form video content
- Work cross-functionally with an English-speaking marketing team
- Produce content optimized for Chinese platforms and audiences
What You’ll Do:
- Adapt content style to Douyin audience behavior and trends
- Collaborate with English-speaking global teams on creative direction
- Track and report performance insights (views, engagement, watch time)
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience creating short-form content for TikTok and/or Douyin
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, native apps, or similar)
