Job Description

As an Account Manager II, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients with growing complexity and strategic importance. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, proactively driving adoption, retention, and growth through expert guidance and solution alignment. You will own a portfolio of mid-to-large accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. You will lead renewal and upsell discussions to expand product adoption and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts. Forecast and track key account metrics, using data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and value expansion. Partner cross-functionally to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to scope, proactively addressing risks or escalations. You will lead quarterly business reviews and communicate client performance outcomes to leadership and stakeholders and collaborate with Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
