Lead analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover player behaviors and growth opportunities. Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape game design and the product roadmap. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to embed data-driven decisions throughout the game lifecycle. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that keep the team aligned on critical metrics. The successful candidate will have 4+ years in analytical roles within gaming, be skilled in SQL and either R or Python, and have a strong grasp of A/B testing and statistical analysis methods.
