Data Science Manager

Lead and scale our high-impact Data Science team, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and business strategy to build intelligent systems that power our marketplace. As a leader, you’ll be responsible for advancing data science maturity, driving innovation in core ML capabilities, and enabling trustworthy, scalable solutions. Serve as an analytics advisor to solve business problems using data and partner with product, engineering, and design leaders to influence the roadmap with data-driven insights and ML strategy. Translate ambiguous business challenges into ML-driven solutions, from exploration to production deployment and work with the executive team and business partners to define product requirements. Contributing to the development of experimentation-forward product improvements requires leveraging the latest machine learning technologies to solve complex business problems. Develop and grow the data scientists on the team, helping them advance in their careers.
