Job Description

Client Relationship and Growth:

  • Manage existing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, from bench scientists to senior leadership.
  • Map account structures, including functional areas and key personnel, identifying client profiles critical to deal closure.

Product Promotion and Sales:

  • Promote Synthego’s product portfolios, developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to build a strong sales funnel for preclinical and clinical business opportunities.
  • Focus on revenue growth, establishing Synthego as the primary supplier for genome editing products and services.

Collaboration and Market Awareness:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of products and services.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on customer needs and market trends.
  • Leverage emotional and social intelligence to foster positive relationships and team collaboration.
