New Business Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Business Strategy Manager to drive key cross-functional initiatives, business strategies, and support the business rhythm. This role will report to the Vice President of Business Excellence and requires exceptional analytical skills and a strong grasp of business drivers. The role plays a critical role in helping shape and execute strategic initiatives, contributing to operational excellence, business planning, and organizational effectiveness.

This role is best suited for a strategic thinker and doer—someone who enjoys solving business problems through a combination of data, intuition, and collaboration. This individual will partner with the VP, Business Excellence to drive key strategic initiatives and perform detailed business analysis to generate insights that support strategic decision-making. Additionally, this role will contribute to the design and facilitation of operational cadences.
