Joint Cyber Systems Test & Evaluation Lead

Role Overview:

• Serve as a senior Joint Cyber Systems Test and Evaluation Lead for complex DoD cyber capabilities.
• Provide technical authority and systems-engineering expertise to government stakeholders and assessment organizations.

Key Duties:

• Support planning, development, and execution of operational test activities involving joint cyber systems.
• Evaluate systems-of-systems performance, cybersecurity, interoperability, and mission effectiveness.
• Review technical and policy documentation and provide recommendations on cyber resilience and testability.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, plus 10 years of directly related specialized experience.
• Experience supporting DOT&E cyber operational assessments and large-scale exercises.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to support Business Development activities.
• Travel approximately 20%-30% to support technical reviews and test events.
• Compensation range of $190,000-$220,000, based on education, experience, and abilities.
