Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build, analyze, and vocalize insights for Best Egg’s customer journeys.
- Create visualizations around various customer experiences across funnels.
- Build reports and dashboards for both ad-hoc questions and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working with web analytics.
- Expertise in tag management (Tealium, GTM, Segment) preferred.
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Amplitude, Fullstory, Mixpanel etc.
