Job Description
As Sully.ai’s Sales Leader, you’ll be a hands-on player/coach owning the full sales cycle— qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing. You will work directly with our founders and cross-functional partners to convert Sully’s sales pipeline, scale our customer base, and establish repeatable processes. You will lead, mentor and scale a lean sales team that continues driving exponential revenue. The Sales Leader will formalize territory segmentation, ICP definition, and lead-scoring mechanisms. They will create a culture of high accountability, drive, continuous learning and improvement. The Sales Leader will also conduct live product demonstrations to clinical and operational leaders. The Sales Leader will own deal structure, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations end-to-end.
