Job Description
The Manager, Platform Support will be a key leader responsible for the operational excellence, technical maturity, and process adherence within Saviynt's global Platform Support team. You will manage the day-to-day operations supporting their mission-critical SaaS platform, ensuring high availability and stability for the extensive global customer base. This role is crucial in upholding the high standards for process, accountability, and scalable operations that define their high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing technical teams for rapid resolution of complex issues, driving continuous improvement across operational workflows, and owning key operational metrics. The role involves collaborating with SRE and Product Engineering teams to improve platform observability and leading a geographically diverse team of platform engineers. The manager will also establish clear operational boundaries with internal partners to ensure seamless service handoffs.
