- Establish identity-centric controls with MFA and privileged access management.
- Deploy data protection solutions including DLP and encryption.
- Set configuration baselines and integrate security into DevSecOps.
Leadership and Team:
- Build and mentor high-performing security teams in a remote environment.
- Foster continuous learning and inclusive culture.
- Drive talent development and succession planning.
Compliance and Governance:
- Align zero trust with industry frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
- Coordinate with audit, risk, and compliance teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party assessments.
